Weekly weigh in 9/27

I figured I would start this since noone had yet. I hope everyone is doing well. For anyone that has had a setback, stay in there, we all have those times. At least I know I do!!

I have began excercising self control and not eatin gso much on "hard" days. I didn't make it to the gym this week but I plan on going tonight. The plan I worked out with dh is MOn., Tues., and Wed. at the gym and then bike rides and nature walks with the kids during our day. I haven't gone on any nauture walks yet but I have done a couple bike rides. It is harder than I thought!!

Last weeks weight - 232.8
This weeks weight - 228.4

I was 180 last week and I am 181 this week.

I am the same as last week at 191.5. I returned to the Y this week, so hopefully I will see a drop next week.

Huh. Same as pp 165 last week and 164 this week I'm having surgery next week so no working out for awhile...
