With swaps you need to be a member for at least 3 months and have 500 posts, with another source of feedback. Once you meet the requirements you go into your user cp and click group memberships and join in there

I am also interested in swap info. What exactly is this forum? Please explain how a swap works. I do meet the requirements, but I am not sure what it is...LOL!! Must be my Preggo brain...LOL!

Go down to the bottom of the forums and click on swap rules. That explains most of it.
