If you PM someone because there's a problem with something they sent you, how long do you give them to respond?

Couple of days? Maybe try the email button? Can you see when they were last online?

Send a PM with a read receipt, I'd say 2 days after you KNOW they've read it.

Okay, this doesn't look good.

This person logged on about 10 minutes after I sent the PM- which makes me think she logged on just to read it, yet no reply.

So I sent another, this one with a read receipt. We'll see...

I would give it a couple of days. Sometimes I log on quickly and read pms and respond later when I have more time.
