natural way to strengthen Uterus?

I have had 2 CS in a row, and the skin of my uterus around the incision has thinned a a bit. I wanted to know if there is a natural way to help strengthen it a bit for my (hopefully soon ) upcoming pregnancy. Thanks!

Re: natural way to strengthen Uterus?

I am not an expert but I think Red Raspberry leaf tea ) is supposed to be great for the female reproductive system... I can find out more about this for you. I did drink a lot during my second pregnancy to help wiith labor and delivery .

This what I found so far
Herbs that may be helpful

Many tonic herbs, which are believed to strengthen or invigorate organ systems or the entire body, can be taken safely every day during pregnancy. Examples include dandelion leaf and root, red raspberry leaf, and nettle. Dandelion leaf and root are rich sources of vitamins and minerals, including beta-carotene, calcium, potassium, and iron. Dandelion leaf is mildly diuretic (promotes urine flow); it also stimulates bile flow and helps with the common digestive complaints of pregnancy. Dandelion root is traditionally used to strengthen and invigorate the liver.76
Red raspberry leaf is the most frequently mentioned, traditional herbal tonic for general support of pregnancy and breast-feeding. Rich in vitamins and minerals (especially iron), it is traditionally used to strengthen and invigorate the uterus, increase milk flow, and restore the motherís system after childbirth.77
Nettle leaf is rich in the minerals calcium and iron, is mildly diuretic, and is diuretic. Nettle leaf is rich in the minerals calcium and iron, is and mildly diuretic. Nettle enriches and increases the flow of breast milk and restores the motherís energy following childbirth.78

I have been drinking tea that contains RRL throughout my pregnancy, not knowing that it is good for strengthening the uterus. I hope it helps, since I will soon have c/s #3. Hope it helps you as well.

Red raspberry is one of those things that is GREAT for a woman to use all the time whether pregant, lactating or otherwise. I would recommend doing a good brand of capsules.
