Where to find the best nursing necklaces

Etsy.com is a website full of handcrafted items from artists,designers, etc. I have seen some amazing nursing necklaces there!

Healingstones.com also has some that are pretty nice. I got one there and like it, but sometimes wish it wasn't adjustable. Good luck!

Just make your own. They're super easy. I made my own.

THey don't get much easier. Plus, since I made the pendant parts as their own components, all I needed was one length of satin cord, and I can change out the pendants depending on my mood. I've got others, but these are the only ones that I took pics of.

I might be sounding a little silly but what exactly is a nursing necklace for?

Definitely try a nursing necklace! They really work! I speak from personal experience

A nursing necklace is a purpose made necklace which is able to withstand the tugs, pulls, yanks of a baby and little one (not all jewelry labelled "nursing necklaces" are able to withstand this). They are meant to focus your little one's attention so they won't be distracted by other stimulation and are able to breastfeed without pinching your skin, scratching you, tugging on your breast, pulling your hair, etc. I've used them with my LO and they really work. They're not only for nursing, you can use them while changing the baby - to keep baby's hands out of a dirty diaper, etc.

I prefer nursing necklaces that are made of semi-precious gemstones as I like to limit my LO's playing with plastic and I like ones that look like I chose them, rather than a toddler chose them! I also do not think ones with a clasp, especially a magnetic one are a good idea.

I would hesitate before making one yourself because of the safety aspects.
