Let me just start by saying do not get those tubes tied unless you are more than a 100% sure I got mine done after number 4 and you know what I really really wish i didn't its not worth doing unless you are sure yo do not want more.We got prego with our 4th using condoms they don't always stay on. I would use condoms and charting if you have good regular cycles but be carful if you breastfeed sometimes that can make your cycle a little crazy I was actually BF my 3rd when we got prego with 4th and we were using condoms LOL I hear you about the pill i can't take it either it does wierd stuff to me.
