Plugged Duct! Help!!

I woke up this morning to excrutiating pain in my right breast. Yep, plugged duct. I rolled over to nurse on that side and attempt to massage it out. No go. My nipple feels like it's on fire as well. So, I get up and make a warm compress and start hand expressing the milk into the bathtub and massaging the area. It's better but still extremely painful on that side. I can feel the humongous lump on the inside of my breast. What else can I do for it besides the warm compresses and nursing/hand expression??
