Re: I think I had an epiphany!

My oldest is funny with stuff like that... she'll run around the house like you just injected straight adrenaline into her heart, and she's chattering vocally so fast it's unreal... then all of a sudden, she'll sit on the couch, lean over and just crash. Falls asleep! My middle and youngest, everything works as it should. Dramamine though is a doozy... that stuff knocks the two oldest out in a heart beat! We had to go to a funeral in NY and I gave both some dramamine to help with their motion sickness (they get so sick immediately and easily). Well, my middle was an ok drowsy... the oldest.. DH HAD to carry her. She was a potato sack. She never knew we had landed, gotten off the plane, got our baggage, checked out our rental... we were on the interstate when she finally came to! And no, we did NOT overdose her. it's just strange. my girlfriend has to give her kids ONLY the grape because the cherry has some very strange and scary reactions.

Re: I think I had an epiphany!
I know DD#2 chokes and gags on anything w/red dye 40 then acts totally loopy. Plus if you don't do a lot of sugar (I don't do ANY sugar before a year and very little after that) The sugar could have a stronger reaction with him.

Re: I think I had an epiphany!
Not yet. Poor Jack's had to be on 4 different antibiotics, every otc pain reliever there is, and lots of snot stuff to in his short 6 months. Since he had clubbed feet, we had to go through months of casting, a surgery, and brace, all of which were SUPER painful for a period of time. So he was doing tylenol at 2 weeks old.
I've yet to see anything effect him in a negative way though. Only thing I noticed is that in the beginning, tylenol didn't work for him very well, but it may have just been how small he was and the fact that he could only have like .1cc or .2cc of it.
