i lost the padding and buckles in a move do you think i could call and get a replacement? i looked everywhere and they are for sure gone

Usually you can call them, but you can also order from gracobaby.com. You have to have the model # and Date of Manufacture. On Graco highchairs, it is usually on the bottom of the seat and is a white sticker with blue print on it.

At our local consignment store called Kid to Kid they have just the straps. I am not sure how much they are, if you can't find anything else I could send you one. Also you may want to try www.freecycle.org
