Diaper Swappers

I have what I think is just a regular personal PP account. I just sold some diapers, she paid with a CC, and I used an online PP calculator to figure out the fees. But when she paid I ended up with less than I thought I would. It looks like what I was charged was 4.9% + $0.30, but the calculator was using a lower %. Is this b/c of the type of account I have? Is there a calculator that will give me a correct amount or should I just do it by hand?
