i feel soooo good!!!

so i've been working out for 2 weeks friend and i have been going to the gym together in the evenings and do a minimum of 30 mins on the treadmill, i've been really watching what i eat...more fresh fruits, veggies, lean meats, less carbs, and NO fried foods!!! and i haven't had a soda in 2 weeks... today we took the kids to ride horses and you have to walk the horse your child is on...well we walked for an hour and i felt great!!! the area we are in has a lot of hills and stuff and i would have been absolutely exhausted before and it felt sooo wonderful to be able to not only keep up, but lead the group not to mention that i have a great s3x drive again...i am really loving this. i have only lost 5lbs, but its a start and i don't want to give up how great i feel now, i honestly cant remember feeling this good in forever

Wonderful!!! It seems like you've found the real point: eating healthy and exercising to FEEL GOOD, not just lose weight! keep it up!

That's so great! Actually 5 pounds in 2 weeks is great. A good goal is 1-2 pounds a week.
