Dry diapers, wet underwear

DD is 25 mo, she's been casually using a potty chair for a few months. Lately, she's been really good about keeping her diaper dry, either she tells me or I ask and she will go to her chair. However, anytime I put her in underwear she pees on the floor, almost every time! Any suggestions? BTW she requests diapers, although she really likes trying on her Elmo big girl pants.

How do you react when she pees in her undies? When we started acting disappointed about accidents, Rory had accident after accident. Now if it happens we just ignore it and offer him a change of clothes. If he pees on the floor he has to clean it up (and he does so willingly). He's 19 mos and has been diaper-free for about 3 1/2 months, though we did go back to dipes at night. Another thought for you, maybe she likes the security of the dipe, being thicker and maybe more comfy? You can try putting the undies under the dipe and slowly transition?
