Drink lots, Eat lots of fruit, Pump lots, and everybody thinks I'm nuts...but...eat Jelly Belly Jelly Beans! I could get an extra 4 ounces the day after those

This is a recipe for increasing supply that I got from LLL. I have not tried it yet but heard that it works.
Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Lactation Cookies 1 cup butter 1 cup sugar 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar 4 tablespoons water 2 tablespoons flax seed meal 2 eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla 2 cups flour 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon salt 3 cups oats 1 cup chocolate chips 2-4 tablespoons brewer's yeast Preheat oven to 350°. Mix the flaxseed meal and water and let sit for 3-5 minutes. Beat butter, sugar, and brown sugar well. Add eggs and mix well. Add flaxseed mix and vanilla, beat well. Sift together flour, brewers yeast, baking soda, and salt. Add dry ingredients to butter mix. Stir in oats and chips. Scoop onto baking sheet. Bake for 12 minutes. Let set for a couple minutes then remove from tray.

Wow! I was gone all weekend and just found this again...the oatmeal cookies sound yummy! I am going to make some today while I am home! And I LOVE jelly bellies so even if it didn't work, they are yummy!
Thanks for all the advice. I am using a Medela Lactina pump that I am renting from the hospital. I have a PIS but the LC said I won't get as much supply from that so that is just sitting right now. I started pumping every 2-3 hours around the clock now and my supply already increased some. I am tired though lol...that won't change when the boys come home! Thanks for all the great ideas and if anyone else knows anything I am open to try anything. I just want these boys home!!
