? about formula measurements
I have a question about measuring formula. We use powdered formula, and do the measurements according to the can (2 oz of water per 1 scoop of powder). We are currently using 6 oz of water (and 3 scoops of powder). When mixed together, the measurement on the bottle says 7 oz of liquid, assuming because of the amount of powder adding to the mass or whatever.
Anyway... when we are trying to figure out how much formula she is getting in a day, should we consider this bottle 7 oz of formula or 6?
I'm going to make a poll, to see what the consensus is, but if you have actual literature to back up what your opinion is, please let me know. I keep forgetting to ask the doctor at our visits (if she would even know)
