So I'm cooking supper and letting Dakotah eat her supper in her highchair and as usual I have the radio on and am singing my little heart out. Now I know I can't sing worth a darn but didn't really think much of it as I love doing it anyway. I was singing along to an Evanesence song which most of ya'll know that that girl sings amazing and can go pretty high....I can't but anyway...I turn to my daughter at the same time she goes pretty high and holds the note......SERIOUSLY, she burst out in TEARS

!!! Like I was the boogeymonster or santa clause or something!! I had to turn the radio off and pick her up to get her to stop. I guess I should stop singing like that

If she wouldn't have been soo upset I would have thought it was hilarious. Poor baby being subjected to momma's song butchering

Oh you and me both!! I was singing with my headphones on once while doing the dishes and my mom was on the phone with her best friend. Her friend asked what was wrong with our cat!

In church on Sunday, I was holding DD and started singing (during a hymn) in DD's ear. She covered her ear and then held her head up and covered both and started shaking her head no.

Danae cris if we laugh too loud, if we're atching a movie and somehtings funny and we all laugh, she will laugh then start crying, i don't know why, maybe the loud/high pitch mama voice i dont know, poor kids..hehehe
