I've dealt with both clogged ducts and mastitis and this sound more like clogged ducts to me, as everyone has already stated.
Warm water or a heating pad, and massage the sore spots focusing them toward the nipple is what worked for me.
Good luck, I hope you feel better soon. That is no fun.
