Oh wow! Where did you find decaf chai?? I've been searching. I love chai but DD is sensitive to caffine so I haven't been able to drink it. Mmmmmmm, that sounds so good right now!!

Re: Chai Tea
I hope this isn't considered spam, but Tastefully Simple has a yummy chai called Oh My! Chai.
All you do is add hot water!

Re: Chai Tea
I went the easy route, and I don't know if this is around anymore, but a couple years ago, I got a HUGE tub of instant! It was from SAMs club. It was french vanilla flavor, too. SOOO yummy, and 99.9% caffeine free! I'll check the brand and ETA it later! So easy to make, just add a scoop (that it comes with) to hot water and mix!

Re: Chai Tea
Oregon Chai -- the original concentrate-in-the-box, not the powdered junk -- rocks my socks.

Re: Chai Tea
Oregon Chai is the bomb! (did I just say "bomb"?) When I go to Starbucks, I get a Chai Frappacino with two extra shots of espresso in it. Hmmm, I miss Starbucks! The closest one here is in Frankfurt I think and that's two hours away.

Re: Chai Tea
Starbucks uses the Tazo Chai - you can usually find it in the natural foods section. Oregon Chai is another brand that has a slightly different taste, but it's still good.
Just pour half chai and half milk - it's already sweetened with honey. Quote:

Re: Chai Tea
I love Chai, too, and have recently discovered a wonderful mostly decaf tea (caff. is in the cocoa) that reminds me of chai -- Yogi brand "Cocoa spice" tea. It doesn't have any actual tea in it, but lots of flavor (and cocoa instead.) SO YUMMY with milk and sugar!!!!
