Re: Glass Bottles

QUICK TIP- The rings and nipples from the Evenflo plastic bottles fit perfectly on the Gerber/Heinz jars of juice that you can buy. I found this out accidently but WOW what a great find. I bought 10 jars of juice at .49 each at Walmart and use the five rings and nipples from some old plastic Evenflo bottles that i had. The juice jars are just under 4 oz.

I have done that in the past too. Its nice that all narrow neck bottle rings are interchangeable and all wide neck bottle rings are interchangeable.

So, do you think that the born free wide necks would fit my Avent rings/nipples??

Mine fit the nipples, but not the rings. The rings are the same size, but threaded differently.

Good question! I have a bottle warmer that I quit using when I realized some of my bottles might be # 7 but I know my bottle warmer has directions for glass warming! I got my warmer at a consignment store for 6$ and it works great. I guess I can use it again if I get some glass bottles!
