can I freeze this?

I cooked a huge meal for a family get together and had to cancel at the last min.I have used up all but the 12 ears of fresh corn.It is boiled,can I cut it off and freeze?

I say yes, I have corn in my garden that I like to keep on the cob. I just boil it , put it in freezer bags, then reboil till hot again. It won't be crisp but, it stills tastes delicous!

yes... i don't think you even need to cut of the kernels DH"s grandma doesn't she cooks it and puts it in baggies for the winter

I cut the kernals off the ears of corn we didn't end up eating and put in a bag to freeze. I then add some to dishes as needed, or if my son doesn't like some of the veggies I made for dinner, I might heat him up a small portion. Tastes good to him and I
