Well I am no expert but it looks like one baby to me.. If you look closely and turn your head to the right side you can really notice his/her face looking back at you. It looks like his/her eyes and mouth are open with his/her little arm buds up around his/her chin. Maybe a second baby is laying behind the first baby in the ultrasound?

I saw my twins for the first time at an ultrasound at 6 weeks, I had very strange pains that I thought must be from an ectopic pregnancy and the midwife rushed us into an ultrasound. What a surprise and blessing to go from thinking I was losing my baby to getting two!

I'll be curious to know whether it's one or two, and I hope you get what you're looking for either way.

I am sure it is one. but i will take whatever i get... Just as long as it orthey are healthy...
