Mommy not sleeping well... :(

Anyone else have (or had) a roughly 5 month old who still bf's every 2-3 hours overnight? DS eats all through the night and I'm not getting very restfull sleep. I wanted to get DH back into the bed with me (he's been on the couch since DS was 6 weeks (DS and I had the couch for the 1st 6 weeks after c/s)). DH is on a rotating work schedule and needs sleep at odd times. I don't want to put DS to sleep in his crib (I really like co-sleeping) but I'm not sure how much longer DH will still sleep on the couch and I can't have him come to bed when DS is up all the time.

Anyone else ever experience the frequent night nursing? Any suggestions on how to stretch it out, even a little bit?

Yep. And My almost 14month old was getting up every 3 or so hours (sometimes sooner) until two weeks ago when he went on a nursing strike. I haven't slept thru the night straight since I was pregnant with my ds2 and he's 5yrs old now! Dh and I didn't sleep togther for about 3yrs. He only just got back into bed with me about 6 months ago. I guess I'm not offering advice, but know you are not alone!
