HELP!!!

So i feel like ive abused my body for so long and since finding this website, I want to completely transform my life and what i put into my body, and my childrens. So, As many of you know, I need recipes for Tofu, but I have someo questions...
1. Whats with the Gluten free stuff ?
2. Does anyone know how to 'hide' veggies and things in other foods?
3. I need recipes for all kinds of good foods that fill you up..
I went to the market and heres what i have
Brocolli Feta Whole Wheat Bread
Califlower Pita Bread Tomatoes
Asparagas Alfalpha Sprouts
Firm Tofu Spinach
Vegitarian Beef Lettuce
Garden Burgers Coucous

I have more i just cant remember.. I guess its a start. I just need help doing this.. I want to eat heathier without being hungry and without craving other foods.
Like what do you do when you want something sweet?? I suppose after you start eating better you just dont crave them...
I donno HELP!!!

I can answer #2 for you:

There's a cookbook called Deceptively Delicious (http://www.deceptivelydelicious.com/site/) where you make purees out of fruits & veges and then hide them in everything.

There's one other very similar book, just can't think of the name right now.

whats up with gluten free? Loads and loads of ppl are alergic to gluten so these are alternative products. if you're not allergic, don't worry bout it.
