!0 month old nurses every HOUR at night!

I am not even joking! He tried to nurse every hour last night! He cries nurses almost to the point of let down *hes no even getting anything* and then goes back to sleep. last night I let him cry it out and this morning he was up an hour earlier and mad as heck! What do I do? I cant get up every hour and he wont co-sleep anymore! He has an older brother in the next room and my brother lives across the hall from the babies room! This is killing me, please someone give me advise

Is it teething? My LO (10 MO) has been working on her second tooth lately and has been wanting to nurse alot.

My 10 month old has been giving me trouble at night too. When he was little he would sleep 12 hours, but lately (since 7-8 months) he won't sleep through the night. Occasionally he is up every hour too! My doc thinks it is separation anxiety. It is not fun though. I hate letting him "cry it out" - I have tried it a couple of times, but he cries for at least an hour even though we check on him EVERY 5 minutes!
