Re: bpa

I only had 1 bottle and its now gone...
when we were giving DS formula we used mostly drop-ins anyways but I had a regular bottle (soothie I think)

big DS and DD both use playtex coolster tumblers and have for quite some time so we are safe there... my only BPA worry is the plastic / melamine kids plates and bowls.
I used to micro on them! now I don't but I am trying to figure out how I can get rid of them all together. my DD loves her care bears bowl and DS loves his transformers plate so its not gonna be easy.

I have made the switch. We use evenflo glass, and we use Gerber Fashion Tints. These are both BPA Free and inexpensive. The Evenflos you can get at BabiesRus. The Gerbers are on

Re: bpa

I still have my Avent and don't plan on changing. I've used them for all three girls at one time. My youngest is 14 months and only gets a few bottles a day as it is.

Re: bpa - about BRU

There was another thread somewhere about this.
Apparently the regional manager in the area makes the decision about whether or not to do the return policy (why that is makes no sense!! )

I called my local BRU and they said that if used no return but don't let that stop you from calling! If anyone is in the Atlanta area and was told differently though please PM me!

I actually just used the drop ins, but G was having gas and spit up troubles, so I switched to the Born Free and NO problems!
