I saw on another thread some discussion about scanning a points calculator. Here is the formula for calculating points... you could probably put this formula into a spreadsheet to make calculations easy. I could make an Excel spreadsheet for anyone who wants it, but I'd probably have to email it to you because I'm not sure how to send it otherwise.

Where:
p = Points
c = Calories
f = Fat Grams
r = Dietary fiber Grams

(Note: min{r, 4} equals the number of grams of dietary fiber or 4, whichever is smaller. In other words, only the first 4 grams of fiber "count.")
