I tought Lily Padz were going to be the best solution to my heavy, pad soaking through to my teeshirt, let down. Wrong!
First off, they are extremely hot, or rather I am hot natured and the silicon made it worse. My breast would sweat when I wore them, which is awfully gross for baby. Secondly, my milk would pool up inside the pad, so when I removed the pad a ton of milk would go everywhere. This was a mess when away from home. Thirdly, because of these first two problems both of my breast became inflamed with a heat rash from the moisture. I used them 3 times total. I am afraid to try them again. I guess it all depends on your milk production. In my opinion they are not for heavy wetters.

Re: opinions on Lily Padz?
Well, I have a reply in the other thread linked, but I wanted to add something. I have 2 pair and they are not the same. One is not nearly as sticky and is more likely to have the "pooling" milk problem that the others. The one I like better is really sticky and completely smooth (the other looks like it has subtle ridges, though you can't feel them). Anyway, just a thought, I believe the smoother ones are the "new" style, but I swear they were both sold to me as such (I bought them at different times).
I still think it is worth having one pair to wear on occasion when I am "out" and want a smooth look. I don't wear them at home thoughl.

Re: opinions on Lily Padz?
I must say that I loved mine. Because I hate to wear a bra to bed (tmi) these were my favorite.

Re: opinions on Lily Padz?
I have a pair and REALLY wanted to like them. I tried them off and on for 3 weeks or so and now they are hardly even sticky any more. Plus whenever I let down I would get a puddle of milk in the center of the one and would leak all over the place. IMO they are NOT worth the money at all.
