Re: Superbaby food cook book

I just got it a really like it so far. we just started my dd 6 months old on solids this past week. I have the 2nd edition and it has a whole chapter on meats, but most of the diet is definately geared towards vegetarian though.

Re: Superbaby food cook book

At first I didn't use it a lot because I thought the foods looked too complicated. But then after my baby went on a baby food strike, I had to come up with things to feed him and I was clueless. This book has helped me a lot. It gives a lot of tips on how to save money and do things yourself. I read the other day that you can "churn your own butter" and I was thinking how awesome that would be~I finally tried it today and it WAS awesome, haha....anyways, there's GREAT toddler recipes. They're healthy and easy. I love her "toddler hor d'hoevres"...
