Anyone else have a child w/...

insomnia!!

It's almost 4am and DD is wide awake. Has been all night. She went to bed at 8pm and was awake by 10pm. This isn't the first time she's done this either. The weird thing is, this time it's as if she's half asleep or something. If call her name she says "what", but if I ask her to do something (like get up in our bed, her bed is in our room) it's like she doesn't hear me. And she keeps talking like she's dreaming...like talking about the dogs and stuff. I finally sent poor DH to sleep on the couch since has to go to work in the morning.

So, anyone else have a child that does this...at least once every 2 months or so??
