I would take her up on that....keep your routine as close to what you do now as possible, still going to the gym at the same time ect. Try to go out of your way to see your trainer, even if it is just eye contact or a quick "hi". It'll help with the committment. Just keep the mindset that you are accountable, especially if you still meet with her once a month. You still don't want to disappoint her!! Which I know you won't!!
