Diaper Swappers

I am struggling severely with trying to get work done (we need the money to stay afloat) and playing with/entertaining my 19 month old DS. I really need some ideas - I have resorted to turning the TV on to sprout and I hate doing that. Any help? Thanks!

I have been pullin out the toys. Ds does awesome when he plays with his cars. so i just put them all on the coffee table. this usually gives me about 45 minutes.
