Does anyone do Core? I need to start doing WW again and I'm contemplating trying core this time. I found myself using my points for snacks too often when I did flex.

Where do you find good core recipes?

Today was weigh in day for me

I lost 3.6 lbs this week

Highest weight: 217 (March 1st 2008)
Start weight: 192
Current weight: 180.0
Short term Goal.. 173--- 7 lbs to go!
Long term Goal.. 157 (will re evaluate when I get there-- 23 lbs to go)

WW start: 173 lbs
Short term goal is 10%: 156 lbs
Long term Goal is: 130 lbs
Week 1: 171 lbs
Week 2: 171 lbs
Week 3: 169 lbs
Total lost: 4 lbs

great loss this week Jessica!

Lost 25 lbs last yr after baby with WW now IM trying to lsoe the 8ish + a few I gained while pregnant this time but lost the baby I weigh in on Tuesdays
If I can get to 123(my thin weight) then I dont have to pay anymore since its my Lifetime weight

20 lbs this summer is my goal before TTC again.

WW start: 143 lbs
Long term Goal is: 123 lbs
Week 1: 141 lbs
Week 2:
Total lost: 2 lbs

I was well on my way to a 2 pound loss this week when I completely blew it this weekend! Birthday Friday: dinner out (I did well there-hubby and I split a plate), free ice cream at the restaurant, cake at home. Saturday I wasn't feeling well (probably sugar overload but I felt like AF was finally returning) and had cake for breakfast and some more that afternoon. Ate dinner at a friend's and had too much bread and.. french silk pie. Yes folks, 3 desserts in one day. Sunday I made pizza for lunch and had more birthday cake (can't waste it right?). Monday was a healthy day trying to get back into shape before weigh-in today.

I still managed to lose half a pound.

Starting weight (preg): 218(ish)
Last week: 164.5
This week: 164
Current loss: .5
Total loss: 54
Goal #1: 166.5 reached 5-27-08
Goal #2: 145-150
Pounds to go: 14-19
