"My poop is hurting!"

DD fusses, and tells me her poop hurts every time she goes. I, myself, remember having trouble pooping as a kid, and I remember my cousin having problems, too. Is this a common problem for kids?

I make sure I give her plenty of things to help - peaches, plumbs, peas, grapes, but it doesn't seem to matter.

LOL! Yeah, before I became a mom, I would have never imagined some of the things I now talk about in casual conversation!

To answer your question - she usually goes 1-2 times a day. It looks different... sometimes the little rabbit turds, sometimes like playdough, sometimes more watery, but she ALWAYS says it hurts.

Personally, I think that it hurts sometimes, but she's figured out she gets attention by saying it hurts, so she just says it all the time.
