Diaper Swappers

I ran 20 minutes straight today at a 1.0 incline for 20 continuous minutes! I've done 15, then backed down to a walk, then picked it up again, but I actually ran for 20 minutes! Yeah! Then I went down to 3.5 and a 4.0 on incline to finish.

That is huge for me. I can do classes, spinning, etc., but I hate running, but want to love it. LOL

I hate running too. That's a major accomplishment!

I left my backpack/diaper bag at church. My mp player was in the pocket and I had to drive across town to get it. There is no way I could do that without The View or at least the local news - lol.
