GADs sizing question

My dd is tiny - only 18lbs at 14 mos - but she has chubby thighs and is average height. I've had her in medium fb's forever, but they just aren't fitting as well as they used to, because she's moving toward the last snap on the legs but is still pretty thin in the waist. So I'm thinking of trying a GAD for her. I have one medium fleece GAD. It fits okay, no room to grow in the legs, but lots of room in the waist.

Anyhoo, I'm looking for advice from GADs users out there. Should I try a medium long, or a large? Or do you not think either will work for us?

I would try a fuzzi fannie myself. I am not having the best luck with the gad right now. We have two kids like that. I love the fuzzie fannies medium & baybee medium long. The large gad are poofy & the m are to small in the thigh.
