for PUL covers i usually use one a day or so, i change my man quite often, and he doesn't usually have very messy bm's so it stays clean for a while...i have a 1.5yo and i use about 4 covers max...and some don't get used...when he was younger though i used 6 or so

I'll reuse a PUL cover. I let it dry inbetween if it's wet. If needed, I'll hand wash and let dry.
Wool I wash if it has a poop on it or less often, like 1x a week.. Fleece covers * Can* be relatively waterproof - they'll have compressions leaks, but if the right (heavy) weight of fleece is used.
