Re: Side Sleeper Soaking Through!

I could have written you post. My dd side sleeps too, and can soak through almost anything . She also thinks mommy is a snack bar all night long. If she is in a fitted for bed, I line the sides of her soaker with preemie prefolds and cover with a wool soaker or longies. There is also a fold for side sleepers that we use some times, and it works well too. Here is the link http://www.thediaperhyena.com/thigh_fold.htm The other thing that I have found to help is to have some microfiber some where in the diaper. I use strips of a microfiber towel between the preemie prefolds and under the dubler in her fitted. If pul would work I would use it, but my DD can even cause pul to leak with her flooding. I just cannot get enough diaper into a pul cover for her super soaking. DD and I sleep on a puddle pad so that if her diaper does fail, there is no changing of the sheets. Hope you can find something that will keep on working for you. Emily
