Can you get an new XL military shirt that has the name of a German city/base/Germany on it?

Could you send it to the US (FL)? If so please let me know how much this would cost.

Or can I order this online? I do not have access to a military base.

Have you checked the military surplus stores in your area? They very often carry thing like that.
