Starbunz's Sizing?

I was thinking about getting these for my 4 year old who still wets the bed. According to the size chart she would need the 4/5 size but I wanted to check first. She is very petite at 29 pounds and 38" tall (she wear size 2T/3T in underwear and 3T in clothing). These will need to be stuffed a little too.

yes follow their charts my DD is a bit smaller than yours and has outgrown the size smaller than that.

I bought these for my 35 pound dd for night also. She wears a 4T and I ordered the size 4/5. It fits her very well unstuffed, but unfortunately, it is a bit small when I stuff it to accommodate her overnight. I can get it up, but then she has trouble if she goes to the potty and needs to pull it back up herself (say, before she falls asleep). Otherwise, I am very impressed with it and am planning on buying more for my younger daughter when she is ready. The sides are nice and stretchy and they would be great for underwear. I am guessing that this size might fit your daughter better stuffed since she is smaller. I have two in purple that were only worn a few times.
