Do any of you have a good way to serve/cook brats other than on the grill, or simmered in beer?

We love them, but I'd like to try something new!

Ive done a bratwurst and potato casserole (chicken broth, bratwursts-fully cooked, diced potatoes).. you can add whatever else you like.. I imagine a bratwurst and potato soup would be delicious too.. unfortunately i dont have recipes tho because i dont use them.. i like to experiment in the kitchen
