I am sick for the 1st time since DD was born, I think all the stress, non-sleep, etc has finally caught up with me. I have a killer sore throat and now a cough, not to mention I am just exhausted! What can I take? I have been drinking tea & honey and lots of water.

Yeah I was gonna say lots of lemon tea & honey. Gargle salt water . . . maybe a natural throat coat? I'm not much help mama lol I usually just do that & suffer lol. Hope it gets better soon, GET SOME REST!!!!

call your local lll leader. they usually have a book that lists meds that are bf friendly.
