You have GOT to be kidding me

DD is 21 months old and potty training. She really doesn't like to be wet so she loves her undies. She is doing pretty good. She has been in undies for more than 2 weeks now and having maybe one accident per day. This girl really really doesn't like to be wet. She has now been waking up from naps and bedtime dry! How on earth she can go all night at 21 months old without going pee is beyond me.

The problem? She is now waking up WAY too early! She used to be a 5am riser, she worked her way up to around 7 (woo-hoo) and is now back at 5am because she has to go pee. She won't go back to sleep after and is so cranky because she is tired. What on earth do I do????????

Re: You have GOT to be kidding me

My DD learned really early as well. She always woke up at 1am on her own to go pee. Maybe you could take her during the middle of the night and then she could sleep longer in the morning.

Re: You have GOT to be kidding me

When my oldest did this (waaay back in the day, lol), I would take her to the bathroom before I went to bed (11-12ish). Normally, she didn't even wake all the way up, I'd just sit her on the potty & she'd go, then I'd carry her back to bed.

Thanks mommas. I'll try that. She usually wakes up shortly after I go to bed to come sleep with me anyway (she falls asleep in her pack n play in our room).
