if implantation bleeding occurred when did it happen?

I had IB at about 6 weeks pregnant. I didn't even know I was pregnant and thought it was a funny period - that's how heavy it was.

Also, when I was pregnant with my youngest, OB said that any blood that's rusty or brown is old blood and isn't anything to be concerned about. He said bright red blood was all I needed to worry about, and even then it needed to be a lot.

I've got several m/c's under my belt too mama and my heart goes out to you. It's so scary.

I had that dark brown bleeding too- I think it was later than implantation bleeding- but my ob said it was old blood- maybe the blood from the implantation that did not come out at the time- all was fine...I hope it's the same for you mama!

With DS I got IB at 7dpo and got a BFP at 8dpo.

With these babies I got a BFP at 8dpo and had IB at 10dpo when #2 implanted.

I'm sure everything is fine!

I didn't have any IB, I hope you and baby are doing well. I remember I lost part of my mucus plug at 4 months and freaked out a bit....till the doc told me that even if it was, it would regenerate. Good luck

I need an 'other' option to your survey.......
I had a 'period' at 12 DPO that started on June 28 and lasted 2 days. My cycles are usually 5 days. I took a test after it and it was negative. I didn't test again until the last week in July and got a BFP.
My temps never fully dropped like they normally do before the cycle on the 28th.
So, when we have our ultrasound on the 29th I can have a better answer for you, but untill then, we'll go with either 12 DPO or never.....
And I'm either 8 weeks or 12 weeks today.

i love how the stats on the poll are consistent w/ what ive read that about 30% of women experience bleeding/implantation bleeding in early pregnancy...

as for me, the spotting was very light...then nearly disappeared...and is sort of there/not there when i look for it w/ the toilet paper...but its small brown dots if anything...im thinking it is IB and that im ok.

i have a good feeling about this pregnancy. just need to keep in the positive...and be grateful for every day im pregnant...

keep my mind off the long term for now.

7 + 8 DPO, +HPT at 10 DPO. More bleeding/spotting (bright red, brown... all sorts of colors and stuff) from 4 weeks until 9 weeks.
