i went threw the same panic when i was pregnent with my first child. my immunity to the MMR (measels mumps and ruebella) was non exsistant but we had this knowledge beforehand, and weren't blindsided by it. i did get ruebella twice when i was a child so if i was contract it again it wouldn't be the first time, but there was a booster type vaccine that was safe to get durring pregnancy. although it was a temporary fix my immunity to it did last and can still catch it again, but both my children were born happy and healthy, but i totally understand the panic you are going threw. but i hope everything works out good for you!
