Why was he considered high needs? BF and CD? I really hope that those 2 things aren't keeping you from getting to work. I do both and have a sitter. She doesn't mind at all. I actually have BM frozen in her freezer! She also enjoys seeing my new dipes! I am having supply issues from just getting to pump 1 time and nursing on demand at home. I am taking Reglan right now. We have made it almost 7 months though!

Taci is a high needs baby. She needs to be close to someone and doesn't like to be alone. I know she doesn't entertain herself well and I don't mind, but the one daycare though she was just too much

Ditto that. My DD was 6 weeks old when I went back to work and it was awful.

I am probably returnign to part time work soon. I'd rather cut off my arm. He's only 6 weeks old.

Re: Working Mamas,How Bad Is It?

With my 1st I went back to work full time at 6 mo. It almost killed me, but I was the bread winner in the family. Suprisingly, pumpming at work made me feel better about working. I treasured my pumping breaks & made them a priority. I nursed my son for 27 months & weaned him because I was ready.
