Gyros!!

We use the flatbread "wraps" with ours, but you can use pitas too. Mix a small container of plain yogurt with about a tblspn of garlic and a half of a shredded cucumber. Spread this on your bread of choice, top with warm chicken. Add tomatoes, onions or whatever tickles your fancy. This, pot pie and dumplings are our favorite way to use up leftover chicken.
