Sharp Pain- ouch

My DD is almost 8 months old. We only started "solids" about 2 weeks ago, continue to have the same amount of feedings a day (about 5 times). When I had SEVERE pain for the first 4 months, I finally talked to a LC and she suggested one sided feedings- worked great, I had a significant decrease in pain within two days. Now, I'm having sharp, shooting pains randomly. I've tried a hot shower and heating pad, but they didn't do much. No teeth yet and she doesn't appear to be teething, but nursing and after are starting to be painful again- any suggestions?

If one sided feedings helped I bet you have oversupply issues. I do and when my dd started solids is took a week or so for my supply to reduce a little to what she needed. After that I didn't have the pains. I also try to avoid oatmeal and other things that up your supply.
