Question Apple recipes for SMALL apples? lol

We just picked at least 7 of my reusable grocery bags full of apples from my MIL's trees (the things are LOADED) but they're pretty small apples. I'm looking for ways to use them up & not have to peel all of them!

We're going to do the obvious things w/ some of them, cobbler, crisp, muffins, maybe bake some or make a pie... BUT, I'm looking for ways to maybe be able to store them in the freezer.

Any ideas? TIA!

We have an apple tree in our yard and it has bloomed nicely this summer! I like making the crisps- they are SO yummy! My dd LOVES the apple muffins I make, but we're always looking for variations since its nearing the end of the season!

core and stuff them with an oat crumb mix and bake. applesauce should freeze or can good. do you have a juicer?

blanche them in boiling water then dunk in cold water the peel should come off easily

If you enjoy crisp or pie, you can make up the filling (with sugar and spices) and freeze it like that. Then you are half way to pies/crisps all winter!

fun! I leave the peels on my apples for almost everything. more nutrition eh? you can dice them up (with peel) and add to oatmeal, make a crisp, bake in muffins or even cake, serve with your choice of butter (peanut, almond, sunflower, whatever), core/stuff & bake.
