I'm glad you enjoyed it.

I have had a few drinks since dd was born, but I seem to be more sensitive to it now, so even 1 beer REALLY relaxes me. I make sure I wait until she just goes down for the night.

My LC says 1 hour per serving of alcohol (1 glass of wine, 1 oz of liquer) to wait before BF. I know that it takes an hour for your body to break down 1 serving. HTH
