anyone have any pregnancy journal recommendations?

I was thinking one of these three:

any thoughts??
I'd like a place to write down how i feel that week.. cravings... morning sickness... ultrasound appointments etc...


how are you keeping track of things? with my last preg i had a preg journal and now that im preg again i REALLY appreciate having that one to look back on.. but now i wish i had written more!
