BumGenius! snap settings

Hey ladies. My DS is 19lbs 3oz at almost 8 months. He has chubby thighs. Before I started CDing, I was using Pampers Cruisers. Those have a pretty high rise.

Theoretically, DS should be on the medium setting of the BG! diapers, but I find that I prefer the largest setting... Since BG! are one size dipes... how long is he gonna be able to use them?

Anyone have the same experience?

Your diapers are going to last a long time. The large rise setting doesn't mean that he is going to grow out of them... At eight months, he is going to elongate and gain some weight still, but his weight gain is definitely going to slow down in the next month or two. As he learns to crawl, he is going to thin out too.

Keep using your diapers! If you have problems, be sure to call us and ask... 99.999% of the time, we're able to very easily resolve fit issues with bumGenius over the phone.

I love bumGenius diapers too ! My baby is 16 lbs and I have them on the middle snaps. They go above his belly button - I like a high rise too. I have a feeling these will last a long time for us if that's any help to you!

i have the same issue dd is 8 months old at 21lbs and the medium setting is too small so we're already on the largest setting i figure with the velcro and stretch tabs she'll be fitting in them for a while though

that is too funny because my ds is 9 months and 19 lbs 2 oz and he still wears them on the smallest setting!! Guess they have totally different body types! That said my older ds wore them at 35lbs (just turned 3 years) and they fit him great too so I'd def say you have plenty of room to go with them
